I dealt with Shawn to order an EV EKX-18SP sub and the service from Acclaim was A1. I am now buying 2 x EV ELX-115p speakers to complete the EV set up. Shawn was most informative on a choice of speakers which I was undecided on, whether to go with 12 inch vs 15 inch speakers for my particular set-up. Hearing what I was looking for, Shawn made a recommendation on the 15's and I have ordered them. I like the fact that he and his staff are very knowledgeable for their customers on the selection they are trying to make. Great guy, I have been very happy with Acclaim and usually get a nice T-shirt too with an order. I would highly recommend this store in North Bay. Graydon
