- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2020-07-14, by Omar AlrefaiExcellent customer service, couldn't have asked for better. I broke my fish finder screen and sent it to Bay Distributors to have it fixed. Unfortunatly when they tried to ship it back to me the post office managed to lose the entire package and so Bay Distributors immediatly ordered me another one and sent me a brand new unit to replace it. Interaction with them was always a pleasure because their staff are very pollite and friendly. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
