  Great experience. The sales department explained a lot about my loan and the best ways to be able to pay off my vehicle. I didn't feel pressured into something I couldn't handle or pressured to buy. The Part and Services have always been excellent to deal with and take the time to explain in detail the services needed. Glad we made the switch to Mitsubishi North Bay.

  The staff care about you as a customer and explain everything that needs to be done. Unlike Mid-North Mitsubishi in Sudbury who just want to sell you a car and once they have your $ don't give a care about your vehicle it's service needs, or treating you fairly.
